Delivery Time
Our standard delivery period is 3 to 4 weeks, depending on the quantity and nature of the order. For specific delivery timelines as per your requirements, please contact our Sales Department for assistance.
Order Confirmation & Payment
All wholesale and export orders are considered confirmed only after receiving a 50% advance payment of the total order value.
The Port of Loading is Jaipur, India.
Shipping Information
- By Air (UPS): Approximately 5 working days
- By Post: Approximately 10 working days

Repairs & After-Sales
In case of any repairable faults, we offer repair services. However, all freight charges, customs duties, and related expenses are to be borne by the customer.
Please note that returns are not accepted, and all orders are processed strictly on an advance payment basis.
